DESCRIPTION: A one hour class for females who want an introduction to lifting weights, gym etiquette, how to setup a squat rack, functional movements, and get your gym questions answered directly. Schedule with a friend too!
EXPERIENCE: Beginner & Intermediate. Can be tailored to your experience.
